Master Your Money: 4-Week Personal Money Coaching Programme (Plus a Free Copy of the Master Your Money Ebook)
Breaking the cycle of living payday to payday is hard to do on your own. This programme gives you the knowledge and someone in your corner.
Knowing what to do is one thing. Doing it week after week when money is tight is where most people get stuck. That's where I come in.
I’m David Downer, author of Master Your Money: Breaking the Cycle of Living Payday to Payday. I hold a diploma from The Coaching Academy in the UK, where I qualified as a Professional Coach with Distinction in March 2005.
My approach brings together more than four decades of business experience, my coaching background and personal experience of managing money through life’s ups and downs. My aim is to help you see where your money is going, find practical ways to make it go further and start moving forward financially.
Whether you’re struggling to reach payday or you want more breathing room between what comes in and what goes out, that’s exactly what we’ll work on together one call at a time.
What You Get
- 4 x 30-minute one-to-one Zoom coaching calls with me, David Downer.
- Ongoing WhatsApp and email support throughout the 4 weeks. You'll have me right by your side.
- Personalised guidance based on your actual situation. Not generic advice.
The 4-Week Personal Money Coaching Programme is £127.00. Keep in mind coaching is optional. Please only consider it if that amount fits within your budget without putting essential spending or existing financial commitments under pressure.
How It Works
- I’ll contact you by email within 24 hours of your purchase to arrange a welcome phone call and your first 30-minute Zoom coaching session.
- I'll also email you a quick questionnaire so we can make the most of your first call.
- Want to start straight away? If I have an appointment available that suits you we can arrange your first coaching call within a few days of purchase. To start coaching within 14 days of purchase you'll need to confirm your agreement in writing by email before your first call.
- Your 4-Week Personal Money Coaching Programme runs for 28 days. It starts on your first coaching call or on day 15 after purchase, whichever comes first. If you choose to book your first call after day 15 your programme will already have started.
-
If my availability delays your first call beyond day 15 your programme will start on the date of that call instead, so you still receive the full 28 days.
- Coaching calls can be scheduled between 9am and 9pm (UK time) 7 days a week. Later calls are available by arrangement.
- WhatsApp and email support is available between 9am and 9pm (UK time) 7 days a week.
No Risk 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
I want you to be 100% happy with your 4-Week Personal Money Coaching Programme. If you're not completely satisfied after your first call for any reason just let me know within 24 hours of it ending and I'll give you a full refund.
Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
You can also cancel at any time within 14 days of purchase. I'll refund £31.75 (a quarter of the £127 programme price) for each coaching call you haven't yet received. Full details are in my Terms & Conditions.

Breaking the cycle of living payday to payday starts with understanding what is really happening with your money.
In Master Your Money: Breaking the Cycle of Living Payday to Payday, I offer a clear, practical and reassuring guide for anyone who feels stuck financially, earning money but never quite getting ahead.
This Ebook gives you simple, practical steps to help you see progress early on while building habits for lasting change. Without extreme budgeting or financial jargon, it helps you understand where your money is going, spot opportunities to make it go further and regain control of your day-to-day finances with confidence and clarity.
Through simple explanations, short notebook-style exercises and a calm step-by-step approach, I'll help you move away from drifting between paydays and towards a more stable financial future.
Inside the Ebook
This is a practical book you can work through at your own pace. Using a notebook you’ll build a clearer picture of your money and decide what to do next.
- Understand your Money Story. Explore the memories and beliefs that may influence how you think, feel and behave around money.
- Get a clearer picture of what comes in and goes out. Work through your income, essential spending and non-essential spending rather than relying on guesswork.
- Spot your money leaks. Identify spending that deserves another look while recognising what genuinely adds value to your life.
- Plan for costs that catch you out. Break down expenses such as Christmas, car repairs, birthdays and annual bills into weekly or monthly amounts you can plan for.
- Create your Money Snapshot. Bring your figures together to see whether you have a surplus, a shortfall or are breaking even.
- Decide what to change and what to keep. Use the Cancel, Reduce, Replace and Keep With Pride exercise without stripping everything enjoyable from your life.
- Build a regular money check-in. Use the Weekly Money Map and 28 Day Money Reset to review your progress and choose your next steps.
You can work through the Ebook at your own pace using a notebook and calculator. The exercises help you understand your current position, make your own spending decisions and build a routine for keeping track.
A Small Example: Your Weekly Money Map
The Weekly Money Map is a simple check-in you create in your notebook using five headings:
- Income this week
- Outgoings this week
- Any leaks I noticed
- Wins I am proud of
- One decision for next week
For example, you might notice that buying takeaway coffee every day has cost you more than you expected. Under ‘Any leaks I noticed’ you could record that spending. Under ‘Wins I am proud of’ you might note that you checked your bank balance before making a purchase. Your ‘One decision for next week’ could be as simple as taking a flask of hot coffee to work instead of buying a takeaway coffee.
The aim is not to judge yourself or change everything at once. It’s to notice what happened, recognise your progress and choose one practical next step.
You don’t have to tackle everything at once. Start with a clearer picture of where you are today then work through the exercises one step at a time. Master Your Money: Breaking the Cycle of Living Payday to Payday gives you a practical starting point for taking a more active role in your everyday finances.
